Heavily criticised............

My so called BP friends have been slagging off my posts because they mainly consist of Iffy kills o.o

Well since I last posted I have hit lvl 55 and killed some bosses that I would deem far more exciting than Iffy unfortunately all my screen shots have disappeared. More worryingly, old pics that I have deleted have reappeared including some that I have posted here, lol.

So the only pic I have is this...


It may be boring but it is several million nzel / bzel and thousands of bcomr in the making lmao.

Anyway..... I hope to get back to posting my regular Iffy kills as soon as I can find 1 o.o. Stay safe and I cya in game!

Halloween Event 2010!

This year's event sure has been entertaining but I personnaly got bored after few days. It lasted 2 weeks and we get to hunt in Witch Village to gather soul pumpkins. With those same souls, you could buy potions, exp candies, scrolls or event items that would go away once it would be over. Oh and you could also craft the new Spartoi Doll (+3 Dmg reduction). I didn't play so much during the event but my goal was to get a doll on every characters and to buy as many Fire enchant scrolls as possible to make some of my weapons lvl 3 Fire (Scorching). There are few screenshots I took while hunting in the Witch Village.

Some peoples just traded their souls into exp candies and they powerlvled with the Halloween masks and the event armor/weapon. For my part, I get to make my +10 Devil's Knife, +9 B-Ori and my +10 B-SoM go Scorching :) so this event saved me tons of money if we consider every scrolls are 200k adena each!

Talass gave you...

Most of you know there is only one item that can be obtained from Talass ;) Yep, I made myself a Sayha Bow v.v I already had the 15 White Dragon Scales in my elven storage (I was saving them to make a White Dragon Armor) but I changed my mind and decided to buy all the other components to craft the bow. I had no idea how long it would take to gather everything... I tried to hunt the Griffon Feathers/Wind Tears myself but my patience has limits o.o I spent few hours hunting Dark Elves and I have only gotten 1 Wind Tear -.- In my whole Lineage experience, not even one Griffon dropped me it's feathers o.o so I had no choice to buy them. Since the bots are gone, noone hunt Dark Elves anymore qq; so the 50 Wind Tears was really the hardest part. It took me couple of months to get everything but my pledge helped me :)

It's not the best bow in game but I'm proud to have made one (the first and last one ever QQ) On the picture you can see my exp bar is very close to full :D Well, as I was trying my new Sayha Bow all over Aden, I get to hit lvl 53 :)

Latest news :)

I finally have some time to post again! Halloween event is over and new content is entirely downloaded. I'm going to put everything in only 1 post, it will be easier for me ^.^

2. I had some fun with ZQ on 10F ;)

As you can see, I tried to kill her with MS as she should be a normal mop o.o but I failed :( Don't worry, I get my mana full and that time, the spider didn't survive o_o

3. Syrana found Demon and called backup :)

We took out all the monsters first and then I jumped on Demon. After few minutes, it seemed like he wouldn't die so I was starting to think I was not doing enough damage to counter his HP reggain =/ so I told DL to cast firewall and then...

I'm confident it will become easier to kill him in the future, I still need few items :P

4. Killing myself for the cause!

Grendil called me for Bapho and he dropped his staff to me o.o The Dark Crystal of Soul is used to unseal the Bapho Staff component and the only way to obtain it is to die -.- So I lost 4.5% for 2.5m o.o because Grend sold it 5m in shop.

5. Soloing in SoE is pretty fun o_o

I went to the 1:1 spot and killed some priests. I'm still looking for a mage to heal me down there o.o

And finally... best drop from Eva Kingdom so far o.o

This is about it guys and girls, I will post again next wednesday :P Time to enjoy the game, I hope they fixed the bugs q_q!

Death Knight gave MepheKol...

It was early in the morning, I logged on to Lineage and right as I was ready to go hunt, I got a whisper from Tu0r telling me that DK was up on 6F. So I ran all the way down and met Tu0r at the entrance of the 6th floor. Our first attempt failed o.o I tried to tank him with 2 Giant Ant Guardians but apparently, DK is casting a kind of earthquake spell that hits everything around him so I ran out of mana healing my summons q_q We went back to 5F and reggained. I knew since the beginning I could simply cast Darkness on him and then, firewall + sunburst to death but what is the point of being Str mage if I don't melee o.o! Anyway, we went the easy way and it died within 2 minutes. I don't know if it ever happened to you but when you get a good drop, it seems impossible and you will only believe it once you have seen the item in your inventory. Well, it happened to me once again...



I was SO not expecting his sword to drop o.O!! This is the second best drop I have gotten in my Lineage experience! (First one was a pair of Dark Elder Sandals when they were 300m+ o.o) I am still trying to sell it, noone seems interested or everyone is poor and can't afford it x.x Now that event is over, I'll be setting my shop every nights. Let's hope I can get a decent offer for it :)

Fun with Pledge mates o_o

I realized most of our members did not have a doll yet, so I offered them to do some pet races and who knows... maybe someone would get a skeleton grail ;)



I think we did around 15 races and a couple of times in Haunted House for a change. Few peoples get crystals of bravery and once we had finished, I decided to open my own pumpkins...



Oh well o.o I guess noone is going to believe me if I say I needed that grail o_o I will probably save it untill new dolls come out :P Now, I gotta go fish a turtle -.- boring!

Season 3, Episode 1 - The Bosses

As we get a new place to hunt, it also came with 2 bosses: Thebes Horus & Thebes Anubis! Those bosses will spawn inside the Altar of the Pyramid. To access this Altar, you must hunt for a key. Once you got it, you gotta find the room with the Altar statue and wait for 2.5 hours after the Crack of Time has opened. But everyone wants to end the new bosses so it's a race against the time since only 20 persons can enter the Altar! I only get to see the bosses once and they aren't easy o.o and the only way to kill them is to have enough damage per second from Mages and Elves because Thebes Anubis will stun every tanks around him for 90% of the time.

We were preparing, making parties and buffing everyone before we do the first assault.

We started with Horus, it was my first time so I wasn't totally ready but I simply Ithed myself and used all my mana in eruption.

The damn birds did not help but we managed to kill it :P After it ended, we went back to the safe spot to reggain and 5 mins later, it was Anubis turn!

I like this picture :D Honestly, what kind of boss could survive against so many eruptions o_O! Yep we killed both of them and a good thing from Thebes bosses is they will directly drop a random item to your inventory. I was hoping for a Int ring but I get a Cracked Nucleus instead o.o

Season 3, Episode 1 - Thebes Desert

NC also added a new place to hunt called Thebes Desert. In order to get there, you must find the Crack of Time located somewhere in Aden.

Once you found it, you gotta walk through it and you will be directly teleported to Thebes desert. There are few kind of monsters of different strenght for any levels players. On your way to the Pyramid, some of the mops will be aggresive and stronger but in overall, they are pretty easy and they give very nice exp v.v So as you know, a desert always been a good hunting spot for mage. Well, nothing has changed =) After few days, I saw some mage gathering pack of monsters and simply Meteor Strike everything to death. So I thought I could steal their idea and try it myself :P This is the result o_o!

That is a huge pack o.o! No need to say it's one of the favorite place for plenty of mages :P These monsters won't drop adena, they will only give green crystals nammed Fragments of Time. If you can save up to 100 of those fragments, you will be allowed to make a Cracked Nucleus. With this one, you can open a low-grade or high-grade Thebes box and obtain gems, enchant scrolls or the new Thebes Weapons. I opened 10 high-grade boxes and this is what I get :)

It is the Thebes 2hs I'm using on my DK ^.^ For my part, I really enjoy this new hunting ground :) Thebes Bosses will be soon coming in the next post :P

Season 3, Episode 1 - The new classes

I should have done this post a long time ago :P but today I have enough time to do it! I think we had the new content for about 2 months now and so far, it's been fun and entertaining. So in this new season, we get 2 more character slots available for the 2 new classes: Illusionist and Dragon Knight. I played both on test server. There was a lvlup NPC in gludin that would take us to 60 and would also give nice items with every Illu/DK spells and buffs :) I had to read the fonctions of all those new abilities in the help tab. I can't hardly tell which class is better, I think they are both strong but I'm disapointed with the awakenening dragon thing of DK, I really thought it would be much better and those illusion buffs on Illusionist are very nice but they only last 30 freaking seconds -.- The new classes aren't better than the ones we already had, they are simply different! I created a Str/Int Dragon Knight and a Wis/Int Illusionist on Ken. I wonder how I will handle 5 chars x.x but at least, lvling is easier than it used to be. This is my Dragon Knight, nammed Surgeroth!



The reason I went Str/Int is simple, Dragon Knight is similar to Dark Elf if we consider they have around same AC and HP and they can buff themselves but DK also have few attack spells such as Fear (reduce oponent's ER), Guard Break (-15 AC on the target) and Horror of Death (-5 Str, - 5 Int) Those new spells are very usefull for pvp and bosses but their effectiveness is based on Int so it explains my choice ;) Since DK and Illu can't wear Hom:p and Hom:s, I added to 18 Str base for the +3 Dmg and +3 Hit bonus so I can kill fast enough in close combat. I will add to Int at lvl 51+. As sword, I decided to go with Thebes two handed sword. The base stats on it are: 21/26 +5 hit bonus, +1 Str, +2 Con and can cast Devil's Kiss spell. The proc's damage is also based on Int so I think it's the sword that fits the most with my build. I recently bought this guarder to use along with my 2hs :)

Another easy Dmg and Hit bonus! So my plans are to level this DK to 52 or higher, I want at least -70 AC with buffs and +9 Thebes 2hs :P

About my Illusionist, well he is now lvl 46 with 3/4 of the spells. I'm waiting to buy the last ones because I know the price on memory crystals will go down a lot in few weeks. I would like to introduce you Astedius :)



I had a hard time choosing the stats for my Illu, there are so many combinations! I know 75% of the peoples went full Str but I already have 2 damage dealers and I heard about this new weapon called Kiringku so I thought I could give it a try. Kiringkus are using a spell to attack so in other words, their damage is Int based. Except for Illusion: Avatar (+10 damage to any type of weaps) there are no other +dmg spell/buff that will make you hit harder with a Kiringku. Since it's a magic weapon, it will NEVER miss or break. It's doing good on regular mops but it sucks on bosses because they got higher magic resistance. It's just a matter of time untill I got more Int =) I am still not sure if it was a good decision but I added some points to Wisdom for the mp reggain and MR. I am always choosing my stats considering I will pvp later so with items, my Illu should have + - 150% MR at lvl 56 o.o I love most of the Illu buffs such as: Concentration (+2 mana reggain), Patience (+2 damage reduction), Insight (+1 to all stats) they are very usefull in party hunts! By completing lvl 30 quest, we would obtain memory crystal: Shock and also a Spellbook of Illusionist. It is a shield with -2 AC base and safe to +6 with some bonus on it, I tried my luck on one and made it +8 =D

I could be using my +9 Elven Shield but I thought 20 hp/mp and +1 Wisdom would be more usefull than just 1 more AC :P I guess Illusionist could be a good tank but it is also a very good support class. I will surely keep playing this char untill lvl 52+. My goal is to own a +9 Obsidian Kiringku or a +8 Sapphire Kiringku (lvl 50 quest reward) and at least -80 AC with buffs. I honestly think NC did a good move when adding those 2 classes to game!

+8 items!

About a month ago, I was saving all my nzels and bzels to make a +8 Chain mail of magic resistance or a +8 Cop. I've been lucky with the Cmomr, I made 3 +7, I blew one, I sold one and I made one +8 o_o!

I'm up to 148% MR on my prince now o.o! It also has decent AC for a MR armor. I still had many bzels left so I tryed to make my own +8 Cloak of protection. I made 2 +7 but I was too affraid to put nzels on them o.o I had the feeling they would blow... untill I saw LUCKY21 selling +8 Cop on global for cheap he said. So, I whispered him and asked if he would take a trade. I sold my +7 IQ staff for 20m (it's cheap I know..) but I didn't want to change my lang to chinese to put it in shop mode every nights, anyway... LUCKY21 accepted my +7 Cop, 20m adena and 10 bzels (total of 30m) and I blew my other +7 Cop.

I really wanted that cloak before my lvlup on Zen because I would have -75 AC even with an axe o_o! Last +8 armor to get is +8 Power Gloves :P

Dark Knight Prince

Not so long ago, I reached one of my goal, getting ZenSworD to lvl 55! That is a lot of work for a new buff ;) but it was worth it!



Yep, I now have -86 AC buffed =D and 2 great polies v.v Before my lvlup, I was wondering if I should use my other candle. I went to test and tryed different build and I decided to switch to Str/Wis instead of full Con. Indeed, I would lose lots of HP but... I would gain +2 carrying capacity, +2 dmg, +1 hit to melee, 1% MR and also about 40 more mana because I would put my last base point in wisdom. I wanted Zen to be a tank and obiviously, I needed to do more damage so I finally decided to reroll. This is a before/after picture to see the differences.

So far I love my new stats. I know it sucks losing 270hp but at lvl 60, I will have around 750 hp base and with AS, that will get me to 900+ which is way enough in my opinion. I really want to play my prince more since I kill much faster and have more AC =)

BP Hunt - TOI 50F

I wanted to organize an Elf hunt on 50F so I asked Cujo2U and XueLan to come with me :) We did better than I expected, of course the spawn get crazy sometimes but we managed to kill everything! After 1 hour of hunting, we dismissed our summons and were ready to tele back to mainland when Kantor and XBeautyX brought us a.... surprise o.o

Nice way to finish a hunt :) It dropped not so bad either!

I guess everyone had fun, who doesn't like challenge =D?

Server maintenance post

I was bored so I decided to stick a ndai on a +7 bkat I had laying in storage and to my suprise it went +8, so I thought I would push my luck lol


I had a little extra cash so thought I would continue with my elemental enchant system. Unfortunately the belt went +2 and the fire failed QQ.


I was gonna post some end shots of Demon, Bapho, Diamond Golem and Iffy's but can't be bothered. Hopefully ZenSworD will post the ML from last night o.o

Fun on Test Server :)

I downloaded the new season on test server few weeks ago and enjoyed the new classes and the Thebe Desert. With the lvlup NPC located in Gludin, I get an Illusionist and a Dragon Knight to 60. After testing all the new spells, I went to Giran and saw GMs having fun spawning all kind of bosses! They buffed us and I let you guess what happened next :P

CARNAGE!!!

Without good items and mage to ITH you, I gotta say everyone died couple of times. I was fine untill Ice Demon stunned me o.o and of course the 1 hit kill from the Dragons ;) I get few items like DKS, Balt Cap and plenty of enchants!

I went back to test after few days, peoples were begging GMNyx to supply them with uber items. I wanted to try something on my Prince and I needed an item with HP decrease on it. So I talked with him and asked if he could give me a Cloak of Death.

After the trade was done, I identified the CoD and it was +7 o_o! Thanks Nyx :P

Once again, GMs spawned mops and bosses but this time on DI! They said on global that if we could reach the top of island and find the special Orc, we would get an Elixir but they didn't mention that it was impossible to get past water area lol, they spawned TONS of monsters!

GMs gave us some pots :)

I wonder who can carry all those clears o_o

I know they used to do this on live servers a while ago... they should really do this again, it would be a very good bosses/drops event and no exp loss!
