Well the last 2 years have been fun but all good things must come to an end QQ.

I intend to see the remainder of L1 out on the PTS, anyone who wants to join me I'm playing a Knight "OneLastTime".

I keep forgetting to ss Dragons so...

The avid readers of this blog may have noticed I haven't posted recently, this was due to the following reasons:
1. My PC all but blew up and I was unable to get online let alone logon
2. Real life has been majorly hectic (why can't NC pay me to play?)
3. Was bored with the same old grind o.o

However I have some old pics I will post and with my patched up PC, reducing work load and revitalised interest in leveling I should hopefully start posting more often :-)

I haven't managed to solo this one yet, guess I need a few more tips from DL QQ.

I know this is a noob boss DL but it was a nice drop o.O

Just to explain my comment, this was the 2nd of a double and the 1st dropped sweet FA.

As a side note, I finally leveled my elf (I only mention this so I can use it as an excuse why Zensword has overtaken my mage lol)

New toys :)

Hello my friends! Sorry for being away lately, some of you already know I have started school 2 weeks ago so it take most of my time. For easter holiday, I have 4 days off so I'll try to make at least 2 posts during this weekend. I have been getting few more items since the last time and 2 of them are used on my elf. I've been saving all my golds/silvers/platiniums to craft the Guarder of Ancient Archer and finally managed to get everything :)

You might think it's a lot of work for just +1 bow dmg and 80 HP but every little bonus help! But this Guarder would be useless with a good bow to accompany it ;) so I made a deal with ThornII because he was selling a +9 Thebes Bow and I was curious to see if it was that "great".

Well indeed it is a very good bow for int Elf and so far, I love it. I made it Gaia because S1nMaster is earth and I'll be hunting in Giran Prison a lot so earth element is the best there. More new items coming soon =)!

Castles Bosses

Couple of weeks ago, NC had the great idea to improve the drops for the Bosses of the Castles. They also added new drops to the actual list such as Polymorph Spellbook from Barbados, Axe of Raging Wind from Maino Shaman, Spirit Defender from Spirit and also regular and blessed enchant scrolls :) The Bosses really worth checking now, the drops are awesome! I've tryed to kill every Bosses but I can't get inside Aden, Giran and WW Castle =/ Anyway I doubt they did any change to Beleth. Well I can't complain, we have two Bosses just for us, an alt. pledge owns Kent Castle and it's not a problem to teleport to Polluted Land of Blessing, you just gotta break outer gates of Orc Fortress :P

1. Diamond Golem of Maino Shaman from IGG Castle.

It has tons of HP (only 20000!) but the drops really worth it o.o This is my favorite Boss so far, you'll understand why ;)

2. Maino Shaman (2nd Boss of IGG Castle)

It dies faster than DG (Diamond Golem) but however, it's impossible to solo with it's very high HP reggain. It's rewards are good as well!

The Rough Diamond and the Tail Hair of Maino Shaman worth 100k each. Both bosses can drop n/b zels and dais :)

3. Barbados from Heine Castle

This one hits really hard, a mage is necessary to defeat it. The drops aren't so bad but they could be better, the high end rewards are very rare (Oriharukon Dagger, Holy Walk spellbook and of course Poly spellbook).

It dropped few Eva's Scorns but they're hard to sell considering they are crappy weapons. Anyway, we find it up often and it dies quick!

4. Spirit from Polluted Land of Blessing

Spirit would be much easier if it would not spawn any servants, they are annoying x_x I usually waste all my mana to kill them q_q but I can't complain about the drops, every time we kill it, we obtain at least one blessed scroll.

Another interesting fact about Spirit is that all it's parts (Leaf, Bark, Root etc) worth 30k each :) I haven't gotten the Spirit Defender yet but it seems to be hard to sell anyway :P

5. Aaarrrggg... from Kent Castle

The last one is a weird named boss called Aaarrrggg... o.o Regardless of it's sucky name, it looks pretty cool. It won't be aggresive on sight and I would suggest to kill it's 4 Vampire servants first. It seems to spawn less often than the other bosses but it never been a waste of time to kill it. The lines are great :)

Since the update, it always dropped 1 B-dai and 1 B-zel and the Kent items can be sold for Adena :D

As far as I remember, I always dreamed to become a level 65 mage and I recently managed to make it!





I can now use the golden polies on Meph =) Looks so awesome! But Meph isn't the only one who have leveled up these last days, S1nMaster is now 55 v_v



The picture sucks, I was not expecting the blue aura to come so fast, I'm still not really used to this new level system o.o No kidding I can make 1% in less than 10 minutes in TOS -.-; Anyway! I was waiting this level for sooooo long =D Who never wanted to play on a lvl 55+ Elf ;)?



So far, I LOVE the Dark Ranger poly, it's so great and look bad ass, more than a girl with a small bow (Dark Elf poly q_q) I rerolled S1n at 55 to change to 18 Dex and 13 Con base for 1 extra AC and about 55 more HP :)

Winter Event 2011

For this year's valentine week, we had a strange event o.o The KG rings would allow us to poly into a red little guy that walk very fast and the main objective of this event was to find the Snow Queens Portumo all over Aden. Whoever would hit the queens at least once would receive a box with presents inside: cream pies, all of level 2 and 3 meals including fantasy ones, rough gold/silver/platinium pieces and of course, the Skeleton Grail!

It's a good thing most peoples on Ken are generous and honest, when someone has found a queen, he/she would call her up on global to give a chance to everyone to fully enjoy the event. This picture shows the players running to the queen after a call :P



Sometimes the queens spawn was insane :P



My goal was to get at least one grail before the event ends and I got lucky :)



One more o.o?



I've made around 30 pieces of each (gold/silvers/plats) and 2 Skel Grails, this was not a bad event, just very weird o.o

Soloing Bosses!

I never really had the chance to test my +9 Thebes Staff against bosses so one day, I didn't know what to do and I went to check Zombie Lord on 40F. I brought some clears just in case. I found it up not so far from entrance and dragged it to stairs. I ate one cockatrice tail steak, casted berserker and ith on myself and started to hit it.

I was getting low on mana, and I used all my condensed clears when it finally died o.o I already knew some high level Knights or DE could solo it but I didn't know my newb mage could do it too o_o Since then, I'm checking bosses again and I know it sound selfish but I'm just curious to see which bosses I can solo and which ones I can't!

I was hunting on my Elf on TOI 24F and when my hunt was over, I decided to check Vampire. As you can imagine, he was up :P I get on Meph and ran back to 30F. I tryed to solo it with Thebes Staff but obviously, I couldn't counter his Vampiric Touch so I went the old way, Darkness and Sunburst! hehe

He dropped very well, I used the charm on my Prince since I have them all on Meph.

The last boss (for now) o.o is Giant Worm. Once again, I was hunting on S1n and found it near the boat. I soloed it once with +8 Arch Mage's Staff so there was no reason I couldn't do it. The picture tells it!

6 C-dais and 50k adena =) I'm even more motivated to level now, I want 13 Dex base, 25 Int or higher with +10 Thebes Staff could be fun o.o and of course the Ancient Warrior Guarder (+1 melee dmg).

Random stuff

Some new IGG kills, ss with drops this time to keep Meph quiet o.o
I called DK... Even though once again I forgot to ss drops I think my comment says it all QQ
I only post the this drop because it was a bzel, that OK with you DL? hehe
During the last event I think I found God, who else can walk on water?
And finally, today I actually got lucky gambling bags, I would rather have the belt though.

Tikal Temple

Tikal is the second update for the Crack of Time. Every 48 hours, it's either Thebes or Tikal. It works exactly the same for both, when the crack opens, we have 2.5 hours to hunt for the altar keys and defeat the bosses. The monsters also drop fragments of time, condensed pots and relics. Only some rewards from Jeb Requie (Snake bosses) are different such as Eye and Fang of Jeb Requie (amulets). The exp is great and I like the map of Tikal, the graphics are nice and the design of the monsters is original.

I was partying with 2 other players to obtain altar keys!

While fighting the 2 bosses =)

We managed to kill them, it's surprising if we consider they both reggain 5000 hp every 5 seconds o.o!

And...

Everyone receives 1 or 2 drops. Most peoples prefer the Thebes bosses because the belt and rings are much valuable than tikal amulets. For my part, I enjoy those 2 places, very easy exp and $_$ for a mage hehe.
